Peter is the Founder of Performance Coaching Inc. (PCI), a corporate training firm.
PCI’s many programs are lead by highly qualified, experienced trainers that have been mentored and coached by Peter and his executive team. It is PCI’s mission to bring the highest quality training available in our area of expertise to corporate Canada and to date we have experienced great success.

Peter has helped over 70 Canadian athletes win Olympic medals and is currently is a mental performance consultant for many of Canada's Olympic athletes.
Since joining Hockey Canada in 2005, Peter has attended training camps across Canada, traveled to Torino, Vancouver, and Sochi to bring home Olympic gold, and accompanied the team from Sweden to China, ensuring that they are as strong mentally as they are physically.
Peter became the mental performance consultant for the Women's National Basketball Team in 2014, and has been with them over an incredible stretch that has included gold at the Toronto PanAm Games, and a win at the Olympic qualifiers in Edmonton that has the team heading to Rio in 2016.
Peter is an instructor at Queen’s School of Business.
